Do you ever buy items from your clients or arrange the sale of clients' items?
No. To avoid any conflict of interest, and to enable us to provide a fully independent, impartial valuation, we never buy items, or offer to buy items we have been asked to value, nor do we arrange the sale or disposal of pictures we value.
