Our online valuation facility is now closed. However, we hope that the information provided on the site will remain useful, and be of assistance to site visitors.

Why have you sent me an email saying my valuation has been supplied when I haven't received it?

We always email a confirmation that a valuation has been supplied after sending out the valuation report. Occasionally we hear from clients who say they have received the confirmation email, but haven't received their report.

This is usually due to one of two reasons:

  1. The email with your valuation report attached has unfortunately been treated as 'spam', and has been filtered into your junk email folder.
    Solution: Check your junk email folder, and make sure picturevaluation.com is added to your list of approved email senders. If you are unable to locate our report, please contact us for another copy.
  2. Your Internet Service Provider's email filters have blocked our email with your valuation report attached.
    Solution: Check your ISPs policy on email attachments, and request another copy of your report if necessary.
