I'm having trouble uploading my photos - what can I do?
Most digital photos are suitable for uploading. However, if you have trouble uploading your photos - no thumbnail appears on completion of upload, for example - it could be because the image dimensions (resolution) is too high.

Also, please note that we can only accept images up to 5MB in size.
Sometimes switching to a different device, computer, or web browser will solve your upload problem - if you have an alternative available to you.
