I'm having trouble paying via PayPal - what can I do?
While most PayPal payments proceed smoothly, clients occasionally have difficulty paying for their valuation order at PayPal.
Most payment problems are experienced by clients with existing PayPal accounts. The reasons for these problems include the following:
You may need to correct any problems with your PayPal account before you can pay for your valuation successfully.
Trying to Pay Again
If you registered for an account with PictureValuation, you can login to your account, and select 'Order History', where a 'Complete Payment' link can be clicked to try and pay at PayPal again. If you still have a problem, contact us to let us know, or wait for us to get in touch with you, and we will suggest an alternative payment method.
If you did not register for an account with us, contact us to let us know that you have had a problem paying for your order, or wait for us to contact you, as we will have received the order, but not the payment. We will try and help you complete your payment or suggest an alternative payment method.
Note: you do not need to have a PayPal account, or to sign up for a PayPal account to make a payment, as you can pay as a 'PayPal guest', using your credit or debit card.
